Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, there is no fee for registering or listing products on the Gigaly marketplaces. You simply connect to us, select the country where you want to sell, and once a product is sold, we charge a commission based on an individual agreement.
You are always responsible for shipping the goods to the customer. Gigaly Group does not operate a fulfilment centre. Products are always shipped from your warehouse or from your fulfilment partner’s warehouse – we recommend having one in the EU. If you need assistance finding a fulfilment partner within the EU, we can connect you with trusted partners in the Czech Republic.
If you are shipping products valued under €150 from outside the EU (e.g. USA, China, Africa, Australia), you must submit a customs declaration and pay VAT under the IOSS scheme. This requirement stems from Council Directive (EU) 2017/2455 amending Directives 2006/112/EC and 2009/132/EC.

You can sell to any country where you are able to deliver your products. Currently, you can sell to: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania.
